This policy explains what personal data Keep Me Signed In collects, why, and what rights you have. In short: there are no ads, no analytics and no tracking on this site. The only data we keep is what you choose to send us.

What we collect and why
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address. We send it to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service we use. We ask you to confirm your subscription by email, and we only email you after you confirm. Legal basis: your consent. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
Messages to us. If you write to hello@keepmesignedin.com, we use your email address and your message to reply. Legal basis: your request. We keep it for as long as we need to deal with it.
Hosting and security. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
Images, video and audio. The media on this site is delivered through bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), a content delivery network. Your browser connects to it to load files, and it temporarily processes technical data such as your IP address, which it anonymizes where possible.
YouTube videos. Videos from YouTube only load when you press play. From that moment, Google may set cookies and collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Guides on Gumroad. Our guides are sold or given away on Gumroad. When you click a guide, you leave this site. Gumroad handles orders and downloads under its own privacy policy, and we do not receive your payment details.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social media buttons, comments or user accounts. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some of the services above are based in the United States. Kit relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement to protect transfers of personal data.

Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, or object to its use. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@keepmesignedin.com and we will reply as soon as we can. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
